This offer is valid for both postpaid and prepaid customers

After subscribing to this offer, will I be able to use data without any bundle subscriptions?
No. After this service is enabled, internet will only work as long as you have FREE MBs from a valid bundle subscription. This offer helps you avoid unintended data charges/bill shock.

Who if I have multiple Internet Offers Active?
Your internet offers will continue to work as before. The only difference is that when your FREE MBs finish or offers expire, your internet will STOP working. Balance Save Service will not let your phone connect to internet using your mobile balance.

How to check if internet is working after activation of service?
Visit www.ufone.com or Open My Ufone App. Since both services are free, they will continue to work even if you don’t have FREE MBs. In which case you can activate your desired bucket.

If Balance Save Service is active, can customer still use Free Services like Free Facebook?
Yes. Ufone offers free internet access to multiple apps/sites such as Free Facebook, Ufone Website etc.

What if a customer migrates from prepaid to postpaid package?
Balance save service would be deactivated. Customer would need to subscribe to the service again by dialling *6611#
