Weatherwalay-Ufone’s Next-Generation Engagement Platform

WeatherWalay offers a fresh, enhanced experience for both weather enthusiasts and everyday users, helping them navigate their daily routines more efficiently. Ufone subscribers will receive accurate weather forecasts and can add their favourite locations to get weather alerts for those locations. Ufone users can also create customized weather alerts to suit their specific needs.

SUBSCRIPTION CHANNELS IVR

The service is available to subscribe through the following channels, for now and shall be further enhanced step wise

Subscription App

• Visit https://onelink.to/pxk3tr from mobile
  • Upon clicking the link, the user is routed towards Play Store/App Store.
  • Once the app is installed, free version will be open for everyone.
  • Clicking on any locked feature will route the user to subscription page.
  • User will enter mobile number. Upon clicking “Continue”, the user is routed to the package selection screen. Once selected, user will receive the OTP. (Number and OTP will be auto fetched for the users on mobile data.)
  • Upon expiry of one month trial (2 July – 31 July), the user will be charged for the Weekly/Monthly subscription.

FLOW IVR

Once a customer dials 3392, he / she shall listen to an IVR prompt and press respective digits of the menu for subscription & information requested or to talk to the customer representative for detailed information. The customers subscription gives the consent for use of location of the customer and hence customer would immediately get weather updates related to their current location.

Therefore, the simultaneous opening/accessing of multiple applications and/or websites may result in reserving all your available data volume in MBs of your package and may start charging on the base rate of your package
