Due to the sensitive nature of the service, where by calls are blocked for monitored numbers, the monitoring numbers should know the name of the monitored numbers and also have a reason for adding the number to monitor list. If the monitored number logs a complaint, Ufone will contact the monitoring number for details and the monitored number will be removed from monitor list on temporary basis. In case the monitoring number does not have justification for adding the number to UMonitor list, the monitored number will be removed from list.
