Prepay Call Details is a service that’ll build your trust and strengthen your relationship with us. You can now check your Prepay call details in a printed format to ensure accurate billing.

Call details will include all outgoing calls made to within the Ufone network, any other network or PTCL number.

Step 1:	Request for Prepay call details print out at Customer Care Center, Call Center or via FAX.
Step 2:	To avail this service, Rs. 50 will be deducted from your Prepay Balance
Step 3:	To receive the printed copy of your call details, Please visit our nearest Service Centre or contact our Call Center (333) or send your request by Fax at 111333900

Note: Customer Prepay balance has to be more than Rs. 50 to avail this service.

Ufone notifies all its valued subscribers against replying to or acting upon any call or SMS received which claims to double your balance, win bumper prizes, cash rewards, discount vouchers, or any other surprise gifts. Beware of any SMS which contains a string like ‘03332597334u2u50’ or any call that asks you to give the number on the back of a scratch card as this is fraud and will cause you a loss.
Remember, if you receive any such SMS or calls call 333 from your Ufone immediately.
