Ufone's Call Block Service
ISLAMABAD: Jul 07,2008 - For the first time in Pakistan, Ufone prepaid customers now have the facility to block unwanted calls coming their way. With the launch of this service, Ufone becomes the first company in Pakistan to empower its subscribers with this innovative valued added service.
One of the leading telecom companies of Pakistan, Ufone has introduced the Call Block Service for its prepaid customers in view of the increased number of unwanted calls. It may be noted that very few handsets offer this as an inbuilt feature and therefore it was required by a telecom provider to come up with such a solution. As the cell phone user base has expanded, the possibility of misusing communication services has also increased; leaving customers vulnerable to such threats.
Ufone prepaid customers can now simply dial ‘420’ and enjoy full control over calls coming their way. This wasn’t possible before as no other telecom provider gives customers the freedom of having a total control over their handsets and calls.
