Payments through Scratch Cards & UTop Up

Ufone Postpay Subscribers can now pay their Postpay bills conveniently through Ufone Prepay Scratch Cards and Ufone UTop Up. For Free activation of this service, just type *125# into your handset and press ‘Send’.

For Payments through Scratch Cards:

Just type *126* (12 digit code on the back of the scratch card) followed by # key e.g. *126*123456789012#

For Payments through UTop Up

Visit any of the 110,000 + authorized retailers nationwide and make your payments ranging from Rs. 10 to Rs. 10,000.

Cash or Credit Card:

You can pay your bills via Cash or Visa & Master Card at the nearest Ufone Outlet

Pay Via SMS:

What could be easier than paying your bills through an SMS? Simply type “pay ufone” and SMS to 801 and follow the instructions, and your bills are paid!

Pay Via Cheque:

We accept cheque and we also accept Cross Cheque in the name of PTML.

Direct Debit:

Pay your Ufone Postpay bills by direct debit facility with ease and convenience. On the basis of your monthly Ufone Postpay bill, all outstanding amount will be debited from your credit card automatically before the due date. Each month you will receive the bill for your record.

Using MCB ATM:

You can pay your bills using your MCB ATM card through the following process:

Step 1:	Insert your card into the ATM and enter your PIN
Step 2:	Select – “Bill Payments”
Step 3:	Select Utility Type – “Mobile Bill”
Step 4:	Select – “Ufone”
Step 5:	Select Customer Type – “Registered or Un-registered”. If you are unregistered than enter your 11-digit Mobile No. including your prefix (i.e. 0333, 0332, 0334)
Step 6:	Enter the Bill Amount
Step 7:	Re-enter the amount you wish to pay
Step 8:	Collect your card and confirmation slip

NIB customers:

NIB DirectPay, a hassle-free bill payments and top-up service. DirectPay also offers DirectDebit for auto-bill payments and top-up. DirectPay is available on the following channels:

Using NIB DirectPay on NIB ATM:

You can pay your Ufone bills and get top-up using your NIB ATM card through the following process:

Step 1:	Insert your card into the ATM and enter your PIN
Step 2:	Select – “Bill Payment”
Step 3:	Select “Mobile Payment - Postpaid” or "Mobile Payment - Prepaid", depending on your connection type
Step 4:	Select – “Ufone”
Step 5:	Enter the Bill or Top-up Amount
Step 6:	Enter your Mobile Number
Step 7:	Select your Account and confirm your payment
Step 8:	Collect your confirmation slip

Using NIB DirectPay on NIB Phone Banking:

You can pay your Ufone bills and get top-up using your NIB Phone Banking through the following process:

Step 1:	Call 0800-00039 and enter your T-PIN
Step 2:	Speak to Phone Banking Agent
Step 3:	Request Ufone Bill Payment or Top-up
Step 4:	Provide your Mobile Number
Step 5:	Provide the Bill or Top-up Amount
Step 6:	Enter your Mobile Number
Step 7:	Provide your Account and confirm your payment
Step 8:	Your will receive confirmation slip via email and SMS

NIB DirectPay DirectDebit subscription:

You can subscribe to NIB DirectPay for auto-bill payments and top-up by visiting any NIB Branch on calling NIB Phone Banking on 0800-00039.

All Postpay subscribers receive paper bills or ebills via email of on a monthly basis. Postpay bills include the following,

	Statement Sheet
	Invoice Sheet
	Itemized Sheet

Important Note:

•	Please make your payments before the due date specified on your Postpay Bill to avoid interruption in your service. If your bill is unpaid, your services may be blocked till you have cleared all your dues.
•	To pay your bills after your service has been blocked we suggest you make the payments at the nearest Ufone outlet so that your service can be restored immediately.

Ufone notifies all its valued subscribers against replying to or acting upon any call or SMS received which claims to double your balance, win bumper prizes, cash rewards, discount vouchers, or any other surprise gifts. Beware of any SMS which contains a string like ‘03332597334u2u50’ or any call that asks you to give the number on the back of a scratch card as this is fraud and will cause you a loss.
Remember, if you receive any such SMS or calls call 333 from your Ufone immediately.
