Terms & Conditions:

	The promotion has ended on 17th April.
	Contest will be open to both prepaid and postpay subscribers.
	No compensation or refund will be offered in case the user is unable to connect as technical difficulties might arise at sometimes and every user experiences them
	Winner will be responsible for all documentation and taxations of the prizes
	All relevant taxes and duties will apply on prizes
	Prizes will not be exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason.
	Ufone decision will be deemed final in case of any dispute.
	This promotion is not open to employees, service providers, agencies and third party staff/facilitators of Ufone or any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of this promotion.
	In case of Postpay users, all dues will have to be cleared before prizes can be handed over to the winner.
	Only those prepaid subscribers who have the account in their own name will be eligible for claiming rewards. In case the account ownership is in somebody else’s name, a targeted subscriber may acquire ownership of the account by following the standard procedure for change of ownership and paying all the applicable cost for the process within 48 hours of intimation. Failure to do so will disqualify the winner.
	Subscribers may be required to bring his/her original CNIC for prize collection at the designated Customer Service Center.
	Ufone reserves the rights to publish the winner's names for marketing campaigns or press releases.
	Prizes need to be collected within 30 days of announcement.
	Prizes can be collected from Ufone Service Centers only.
	LCD TV brand name cannot be disclosed during the campaign.
	The results will be announced in May 2012. User will be contacted through Out Bound Contact Center via caller ID: 333
	The promotion is only for new subscribers however if any existing subscriber of Ufone Dosti unsubscribes during the month of April and re-subscribes to the service, his MSISDN will automatically enter the lucky draw.

To subscribe simply dial 7771. First time users can avail a free trial to browse through the service and make their profile.

Profile Builder:

You will be profiled on the basis of age & gender. You will be given a Fun Persona through various existing profiles. You can also browse and select the persona which suits your personality the most.

Browse Profile :

You can dial in and browse through other user’s profiles based on the gender of your preference. Once you have registered your profile you can initiate the following actions with any profile you like:

	Talk to them (your chat ID is forwarded via SMS to both parties)
	Add them to your Friend’s List.
	Send a voice SMS.

Friend’s List :

To directly access selected profiles simply place them in your favorites list.

Direct Talk :

If you have spoken to a friend once you can directly call them back by keying in a unique chat id that is received the first time your call is connected to him/her. You will get the following option after validating the chat ID:

	Talk to profile: If the user you call is busy then you will be redirected back to the main menu.
	Enter a new chat id: you can enter other chat ids of your choice to talk to other users.

Voice Messaging:

You can send and receive voice messages of up to 30 seconds to other Ufone Dosti users. Messages will be stored in their profile Inbox & they will be informed about each Voice Message via SMS. You will have the following options.

	Browse through your Inbox.
	Choose to Replay the message.
	Reply to a voice message.
	Delete the voice message.

Manage settings :

You can choose from the following actions to manage your profile:

	Edit Profile
	Change profile Gender
	Change Age
	Log - off: Temporarily stop receiving calls.
	Block friend, user needs to key in the chat ID
	Language option, IVR is in Urdu, English , Punjabi and Pashto

How to Unsubscribe from Ufone Dosti :

To Unsubscribe from the service, dial 7771 and press 8.

SMS Updates

You will receive an SMS alert whenever other Ufone Dosti members add you to their profile. Your Chat ID will be forwarded to the member only when the call is established.

Caller ID

When a call is made via this service your phone number will not be displayed on the receiver's phone, instead the number that will be displayed will be 7771XXXX, the last four digits will be your unique chat ID e.g. 77711004, 1004 is the caller's unique chat ID.

Charges:

Subscription Rs. 20/Month + Tax.

IVR/Calling Re.1/Min + Tax.

Terms and Conditions:

	Your profile settings will remain active for 30 days only after the account has expired.
	Only Ufone customers will participate in this service.
	This service will be available for both pre-paid, post-pay and VPN.
	Your subscription will be valid for a month e.g. If a user subscribes on 20th Nov then his/her service will expire on 20th Dec.
	If a user does not have sufficient balance in the following month his/her service will be deactivated, however your profile will not be removed from the system. During this period, a subscriber will not be able to use the service. As soon as a subscriber recharges his/her account, balance will be deducted for subscription and His/Her Ufone Dosti service will be activated instantly.
