	Send a blank SMS to 766 in order to activate SMS Roaming Service.
	The activation time for post paid subscribers will be 6 hrs and for prepaid subscribers it will be 24hrs, after which Voice telephony both incoming and outgoing will be barred. GPRS and MMS will also be barred.
	Upon activation you will receive the following message:
	“Dear Customer your package has been changed to Prepay/PostPay SMS Roaming”

To Deactivate:

	Send SMS to 765 to deactivate SMS Roaming Service.
	Upon receiving the deactivation request, Voice, GPRS and MMS services will again become activated. In case of any delay customers can also call contact service centre 111-333-100, or email @ customercare@ufonegsm.net
	Upon deactivation you will be receive the following message:
	“Dear Customer your package has been changed to (package name)”

It is suggested to Prepay SMS Roamers have at least Rs.2000 in balance.
For PrePay SMS Roamers voucher recharge and balance enquiry will be done via:

	123(12 digit Card Number) # for balance voucher recharge, free of charge.
	*124# for balance enquiry, free of charge.

Ufone notifies all its valued subscribers against replying to or acting upon any call or SMS received which claims to double your balance, win bumper prizes, cash rewards, discount vouchers, or any other surprise gifts. Beware of any SMS which contains a string like ‘03332597334u2u50’ or any call that asks you to give the number on the back of a scratch card as this is fraud and will cause you a loss.
Remember, if you receive any such SMS or calls call 333 from your Ufone immediately.
