    Service Subscription Mechanism

    Customers will SMS keyword ‘SUB’ to the short code 2937 to initiate the subscription process. Users will receive a reply asking them to confirm their subscription. Charges for subscription will only be deducted on customer’s confirmation. Subscription will remain active till unsubscribed. Also, the users can upgrade their packages at any time. A detailed subscription method is given below.

    Service Un-subscription Mechanism

    To unsubscribe users will SMS ‘Unsub’ to short code 2937 and follow the instructions. Short Code 2937 is charged at Rs. 1 + tax.

    Web Interface

    Access Level 0 (Accountholder):

    In the hierarchy, Account Holder is a parent account and will possess the main login; this is only account that will be charged. Account holder will have all the privileges to change and modify members. Account Holder’s MSISDN cannot be tracked unless added as a member/employee.

    Access Level 1:

    This is the second level from the top. Members of Access level 1 will have their own domain, with two other levels of hierarchy (level 2 and level 3) under them. Level 1 members will be able to modify, add and view members under their domain. Users of Access level 1 will also have the privilege to define

    tracking schedules for members in their domain and download hourly reports for their account.

    Access Level 2:

    User of access level 2 will only have viewing/tracking privileges. Users of Level 2 will only view and monitor ‘executives’ (Access Level 3) defined under them; tracking schedules will be defined by Level 0 or 1 users. However each user of Level 2 will have their personal login and password.

    Access Level 3:

    Executive is the last level in the hierarchy. They do not have any access on the web interface. They will be tracked as per the schedule defined.

    Members and Subscribers with valid login id of UTrack Business will monitor through web interface http://UTrack.ufone.com/.

    On a successful login you can use the navigate panel on the left side of the page to go to their desired option. You can perform the following function through the navigation panel:

    Modify/update their profile.

    Add member.

    Modify member.

    Check Location.

    Check Log.

    View Members.

    New Features

    Configure timer.

    Change Password.

    In check location you can check logs to see history locations of the tracked members.

    In Check log you will be able to check history & activity log of your account.

    In view members, details of all the members and their current status can be viewed.

    In New Features you can get details and subscribe to new features for UTrack Business.

    In the configure timer option you can define the hour and day at which they want to check the location of the targeted user.

    In UTrack Business a definition will be made for all employees.

    UTrack Business Features (addons)

    15 Minutes Timer Addon

    This new feature will now allow subscribers to track their workforce every 15 minutes, rather than 1 hour or 30 minutes. Subscribers can now set 15 minutes timer for a set of or individual employee on different days, depending on employee’s shifts e.g. If subscriber has 3 employee working on different shifts, s/he can set different 15 minutes schedules for each employee based on their working hours. On subscribing to this Add-On, a button “15 Minutes Timer” will be added on UTrack Business web portal. Simply click on the button to setup your new timer schedule.

    Geo Fence Add-on

    Geo-Fencing is a technology that allows to select a geographic point using latitude and longitude information and then to create a virtual “fence” around that point of a given radius.

    UBusiness is an innovative service specially designed for enterprises; enabling them to monitor their employees and plan schedule for their workforce. It ensures effectiveness and safety while optimizing the sales force efficiencies.

    UBusiness geo-fence allows an administrator to set up triggers so when a person/GSM based device enters or exits the boundaries defined by the administrator, a text message, email alert or both is sent.

    Subscription

    UBusiness customers can subscribe to geo-fence add-on by sending ‘Addon geofence’ to SC: 2940. 15min Timer Add-on is prerequisite for the subscription of geo-fence add-on.

    Geo-Fence Add-on Pricing

    The subscription price for Geo-fence add-on is PKR: 1,000 per month. This add-on can be subscribed as an added feature of the 15 Min Timer. Geo-fence add-on will consume 15 Min Timer trackings which will be available with the customers. This add-on does not restrict the subscribers from applying Geo-fence to any number of members. However, this has to be kept in mind that higher number of members defined for 15 Min Timer, Geo-Fencing shall require more tracking quota to perform the scheduled tracking. This quota can always be enhanced using the 15 Min Timer Additional Tracking Bundles.

    Data storage and validity

    UBusiness geo-fence; being one of the most tracking-intensive

    features shall result in acquiring the member locations at a very high frequency and therefore, it is not possible to keep a record of all those locations within the live database. Only the Geo-fencing events such as a member entering or leaving the defined Geo-fence points and alerts shall be stored in the database and shall be accessible to the subscribers.

    NOTE: Geo-fence activity logs will be available for a maximum period of 3 months. Logs and data older than the specified time period shall be purged out of the system. Therefore, no such claims or requests shall be entertained.

    Email list Addon

    This new add-on will allow existing UTrack Business users to receive tracking report of all their employees automatically every 12 hours to their specified email mailing list.

    User will click the new tab ‘Email List’, where they will be able add email address of the users they want to add in the mailing list.

    Route View Addon

    This feature will allow user of UTrack Business to see the route of any individual employee in a single view on map. The route will be built on the basis of locations registered on specified intervals. A button ‘View Route’ will be added on the web interface after user successfully subscribe to this features.

    Comments System Addon

    This new feature will offer you the convenience to send comments from field that will be stored along with the location and time in the UTrack Business application. This new feature will allow you to send comments from field that will be stored in the UTrack Business application. The comment, along with the time and location of the member when the comments were sent, can be viewed and downloaded from the UTrack web interface anytime.

    UTrack Comments ad-on allows customers to send comments from field that are stored in the UTrack Business application

    server. The comment, along with the date, time and location of the customer are automatically updated and can be viewed or downloaded from the UTrack web portal anytime.

    How to subscribe via SMS: Send “ADDON COMMENT” to 240.

    Customers can unsubscribe to the UTrack Comments System via the UTrack web portal UTrack.ufone.com and selecting ‘disable’ option for Comments System tab.

    UTrack API Addon

    This new feature will allow you to automate the UTrack solution with any standard database or application on the client-end to fulfill all your tracking needs. Secured API connectivity will allow automated remote database or application connectivity. The secured access is defined by allowing only customers intimated server IP to access and fetch locations.

    UTrack Business API ad-on allows UTrack subscribers to integrate UTrack Business with any application/database/web server to automatically track their workforce.

    UTrack Business API integration manual is available on the UTrack Business web portal UTrack.ufone.com for assisting customers with the API integration process.

    UTrack Business App

    UTrack Business Subscriber’s App enables UTrack Business Subscribers and Team Leads to access to the different UTrack Business Features and Add-ons on Smartphones.

    UTrack Business Mobile App shall simply replace the Personal Computers and LapTops enabling the Higher Management and Team Leads to keep an eye on their Field Force and Assets even when they are not in the office.

    UTrack Business App Price:
    This app is Free of Cost for all UTrack Business Subscribers and Team Leads who are allowed to login the portal.

    UTrack Business GPS Client Widget

    GPS based Client Widget is developed for the Team Members and Employees which shall be installed in their Smartphones. It provides the Pin Point Location information of the Team Members and Employees using GPS. If GPS is OFF, no location shall be available. The widget shall be running in background without any interface.

    GPS Widget shall provide Unlimited Pin-Point Tracking, as per already set Scheduler. GPS Widget Invitation Interface is available on UTrack Business Web Portal, through which the subscriber can send Signup Requests to the selected members and employees for the GPS Widget feature. GPS Widget Link shall be sent to the Member to download and install it on

    his/her smartphone.

    How to use UTrack Business GPS Client Widget:

    GPS Widget Link shall be sent to the Member to download and install it on his/her smartphone, which a member is invited to use GPS-Widget.

    UTrack Business GPS Client Widget Price:

    The Subscriber shall be charged with Rs. 200 per month per member. The charging shall start from sending the Signup Requests. GPS Widget shall provide Unlimited Pin-Point Tracking, as per already set Scheduler.

    Terms & Conditions

    Only a Postpay user can setup UTrack Business account.

    Employees can have both prepaid or postpay connections for UTrack business.

    Only Ufone numbers can be traced/tracked for all this services.

    On successful subscription a Client Login ID and password will be created and communicated to the customer via SMS.

    User will login on the following web portal http://UTrack.ufone.com/

    Users can add employees or perform other activities. List of employees can be added in bulk by Ufone free of cost.

    The location of all employees will be updated on the web portal accordingly to the set schedule.

    The employer can also track the location of an employee through SMS by sending e.g. ‘FIND 923335199942’ to 2937.

    The employee can also turn off their consent by sending ‘Unsubemployers number’ e.g. ‘UNSUB 923335199942’ to short code 2937. The status of target users will be updated on the web portal accordingly e.g. Permission granted, Permission denied, permission cancelled.

    Location shown in Team View is of the last 30 minutes or last hour from the configured timer

    Add-on can only be enabled through main account.

    The charges of Inventory Management Add-on is based on users UTrack Business package price

    Charges for Inventory management Add-on are on top of UTrack Business package charges and any other UTrack Business Add-on subscribed by the user Users can only subscribe to Inventory Management Add-on which is allowed on their package

    Only Master Account holder can add, delete or edit Items

    Sales team will not be able to update via SMS if SMS format is incorrect

    Only those Sales Staff can update via SMS who are added on UTrack Business

    Short code 6334 is free of cost.

    Users will have to subscribe to Email List Add-on separately to get Inventory management

    Email List Add-On charges are separate to Ufone Inventory management Add-on

    Email list for Inventory management can be separate from email list for location tracking report

    If users upgrade or downgrade their UTrack Business account, Inventory management Add-On will not change for 1 month of subscribing this Add-On i.e. users will not be able to upgrade or downgrade the Add-On for 1 month

    After 1 month of user upgrading or downgrading their UTrack Business account, Inventory management Add-On and its charges will automatically upgrade or downgrade according to the main package subscribed

    The respective registration fee will be charged from the employer’s post pay account every month.

    To terminate the service, SMS ‘UNSUB’ to 2937.

    Users will receive email after 12 hours automatically to the specified email address (es)

    If users upgrade or downgrade their UTrack Business account, 15 Minutes Timer Add-On will not change for 1 month of subscribing this Add-On i.e. users will not be able to upgrade or downgrade the Add-On for 1 month

    After 1 month of user upgrading or downgrading their UTrack Business account, 15 Minutes Timer Add-On and its charges will automatically upgrade or downgrade according to the main package subscribed

    In case user upgrade their UTrack Business account, their existing schedule will not be affected and they will simply need to add more users on 15 minute timer Add-On

    If users downgrades their UTrack Business account they will have to remove members from 15 Minutes Timer, otherwise limit will be adjusted automatically by the system

    15 Minutes tracking timer can be set for all or selected employee for 8 hours only during 24 hours

    Scheduler for each day has to be set separately

    User can set separate schedule for different set or individual employee on different days

    User can set different timing schedule each day for employee(s)

    Customers cannot use these features without subscription of UTrack Business

    Add-on can only be subscribed against confirmation from the MSISDN of main account holder

    SMS confirmation is required for confirmation of subscription

    Charges for these features are separate to UTrack Business package charges

    Subscription charges will be added to customers bill on monthly basis till user unsubscribe

    Charging for these feature is not on prorated basis

    All charges are exclusive of tax

    After Successful subscription user will have to log out and Log in to their account again for the feature to be enable on web interface.
