| Service Charges: |

| Service charge for UAdvance is Rs.4 plus tax. If any customer avails
UAdvance, they will have to pay service charge of Rs 4 plus tax upon return. In
order to return UAdvance it is imperative that the recharge amount is higher
than 43 Rupees keeping in mind 18.66% accumulative deduction of Withholding Tax,
Maintenance and Service Charges. |
